XCL Resources has been a standout client for us over the past couple of years. Initially, they enlisted our services to rejuvenate their office space, focusing on minor adjustments like updating lighting fixtures. However, approximately 8 months later, they reached out with news of remarkable growth and an urgent need to expand their facilities. They wanted to develop their unfinished basement and add additional office space upstairs, an area we had just recently completed.
We embraced the challenge eagerly, turning the unfinished basement into a fully functional area. Our scope of work included creating nine individual office spaces, converting a kitchen into a multi-stall bathroom, establishing a spacious conference room, constructing a complete bathroom with an attached locker room, and installing two convenient kitchenette areas for the office staff.
This project marked our inaugural foray into combined new construction and remodeling efforts, and we savored every moment of it. Witnessing the space evolve from a bare canvas into a meticulously designed and functional environment was undeniably the highlight of our year.
